Vincent Stelzer: I am from Germany and got a tattoo deven months ago with two friends. We went in there and asked them if we could get one right away and they were like yes if course and the entire process took like 1 hour and it was very hygenic. The staff is very nice and they explain you everything. You have to fill out a declaration which is available in Spanish and in English. When I am back in Chile I want to go there again and get another tattoo! I love this place!!
