Macarena Jofré: Although Romano is an excellent shoe brand, the customer service at this location on Kennedy 8388 was horrible, the person who attended today was not able to solve a problem showing a bad attitude towards the customer. On the contrary, the salespeople of the Parque Arauco store solved me without any problem, offering 100% help, showing an excellent attitude and helping the customer.
