Brendan Morris: Incredibly warm staff who bent over backwards to make our stay as good as possible - especially Ambrosio! When there was an issue with our room, they moved us immediately to rectify the issue. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. We stayed here on the beginning of our trip. At the end, we had 8 hours in Santiago before flying home, they stored our bags for us to allow us to enjoy the city, rather than sitting around at the airport. Cannot recommend enough and would definitely stay here again next time we're in Santiago.

Daisy Young: My husband and I stayed recently for a short trip passing through Santiago. It was our first Ritz Carlton experience and it was exceptional. The room was beautiful and spacious the customer service was amazing. All the employees would address us by name each encounter, the spa and gym were very nice and the food was delicious. The area was very safe and clean. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

Jordan Kanarek: $300/night is on par with a Ritz property. But, what they don’t tell you is all the stuff you get with the price. The concierge, and front desk, do not answer the phone, no matter what time of day. When your coffee machine doesn’t work, or there is black mold in your fridge, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile, and an offer to fix it immediately, followed by nothing being done at all to solve the issues. At least the room keys stopped working a number of times. But while you’re waiting for them to fix that issue, you can go to the bar where small children have their toys splayed across the floor for you to trip on. But they won’t stay long. Once the child defecates, and pulls his pants down to show everyone, the show is over. Bed was nice, though!

Bill Melcher: Very nice hotel in Las Condes. The area is very safe, and the Golf metro stop is right outside. The room was large and clean, and we were provided water and a snack when we checked in, plus a complimentary cocktail. I would definitely go back.

Oz: As expected for a RC. Lots of spacious rooms and amenities, rooftop pool is a must visit. Gym is a bit sparse but gets it done with some creativity. Staff is courteous and access to Isidora street is wonderful with lots of food options and parks.

Brian Peddie: Nice old-school Ritz property with excellent sevice. It is getting a little worn in areas but it is more of a beautiful patina with incredible staff. My only gripe is that the food at the hotel could be better. Both restaurants were pretty bad. Even the room servic breakfast was bad. This seems to be a theme at Ritz legacy properties, like Philadelphia. However, the service went above and beyond at every opportunity such as printing my room service menu. The property was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is quite and safe. Lower floor rooms facing the street do get a little noise, so ask for rear room if you are noise sensitive. A+ valet service - like it was 2019 again! Wonderful stay!!

Jeff Schnurr: Stayed New Years Eve. Could not sleep due to excessively loud "music" until 4am. The unreasonable accomodation should have been disclosed prior to booking stay. Miserable experience! I'd like my money back!

R K: The staff simply do not care about their guests. I asked whether they offer tailoring service or at least could refer me to someone on two separate occasions. They were just looking into the floor repeating sorry we do not do this. Only a fraction of the staff speaks English. I could not escape the feeling I actually owe something to whoever was taking care of my order or was supposed to help. Such a shame - it could potentially be an awesome hotel. They need to change management and rehire their staff asap

Juan Sebastian Uribe Maldonado (SolidusBox): Great place to hear live music. Not so fan of the food but is good enough. The Santiago Hard Rock Cafe is located in a great zone of the city and as all others Hard Rock Cafes is decorated with tons of memoriabilia of music stars.

Wesley Campbell: Great food that you'd expect from Hard Rock. The ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender. Cool atmosphere also, but unfortunately I'm not really sure what's up with their live music. They say they have live music on Saturdays, and we were there from 8 to 10pm, and the only people who touched the instruments were what seemed like just some techs.

Gabriel Alejandro: Nice place with nice music and surprisingly good food, it may be a little expensive for what it offers, but it still it's a good place to spent the night.

Connor James: This hotel is very dated and in need of renovation. Some check in staff rude. Biggest annoyance though is allowing the flight crew (pictured United) into the executive lounge. They’re extremely loud, become drunk, eat all the food and drink all the wine. Ruins the experience for guests paying for lounge status or guests with status that get lounge access due to their brand loyalty.

Jaye McAfee: Comfortable Good location. Rooms are spacious, but dated. Somewhat noisy. Noise from traffic and from the hallway. Bring earplugs!!! Staff is pleasant, friendly, professional. Always a pleasure encountering them. Food is outstanding!!! If I stayed somewhere else I'd still come to the Latin Grill. Service in the lounge is friendly and generous!!!

BuriBuriBear: Super great location, right next to the 2 big shopping centre, with lots of selections of restaurants and bars. Very conveniently located at a hip area, and transportation at your footsteps. Service was awesome, very friendly and welcoming. But their rooms need a serious renovation, very old and some spots are kind of falling apart!

Safety: The location is a safe area with a nice park right behind it. Walkability: May things to do within walking distance. Two malls right next door. Food & drinks: Breakfast was great in the Med Cafe and dinner in the Latin grill was amazing. Bar staff were friendly and attentive.
