Natalia Rozas: Fraud!!!!!!!!! I just received the order I placed yesterday for the first and last time on this page. I bought 6 boxes of cali pods (different flavors) at $3,900 pesos each. Reasonable price, (in zigzaboo I bought 3 boxes for $9,990 and they are sold out there) reason why I looked elsewhere. When I opened the shipping box... I was shocked to see that they sent me a refill of each flavor, not a box!... but the refill alone, loose, coarse and a pocket scam! each box comes with 4 refills! Terrible experience, never again
Varvara Vasilyeva: Do not buy in this store, choose the competition! I had a horrible customer experience. First of all, they sent me products that were damaged. When trying to communicate with the company, they did not answer me. I was forced to write by all means of contact (Mail, Instagram, Website), so that they only deign to respond to me. Their response has not been favorable, it shows that they are not concerned at all about the customer experience. They do not follow their own "Terms and Conditions". Please, avoid falling into companies that are not very concerned about the client. I recommend going to the competition, like Zigzaboo. PS: So you can see that this company is a joke when it comes to customer service, they responded to this opinion saying that they will "contact me again", which they never did.
